Due to the absence of fixed side walls and a roof, your freight can be effortlessly loaded from above or from the sides using an overhead crane, mobile crane, or heavy forklift.

The major advantage of this type of flatrack is that the steel end walls at the front and rear can easily be folded down onto the floor. When the end walls are folded flat, longer goods can extend over the ends. Furthermore, this hinge system allows multiple empty flatracks to be stacked on top of each other in a space-saving manner into a single compact ISO block module. This yields significant cost savings during empty return transport via ship, train, or truck.
