Description:
The T75 Cryogenic Tank Container is the highest-certified and most reliable solution for the transport and temporary storage of liquid, cryogenic gases (such as LN₂, LOX, LAR, LNG and LCO₂). Thanks to the advanced double-walled stainless steel construction with an evacuated insulation space (vacuum with perlite or superinsulation), heat transfer and evaporation losses are kept to an absolute minimum.
These robust tanks are housed within a heavy-duty CORTEN steel ISO frame, enabling them to be transported effortlessly by intermodal transport via sea, rail and road. Equipped with a clearly laid-out control panel, high-quality cryogenic valves, pressure control systems and multiple safety valves, the T75 tank container offers maximum safety and ease of use under the most demanding conditions.
Advantages:
- Maximum Thermal Insulation: Double-walled vacuum insulation prevents heat build-up and maintains gases at extremely low cryogenic temperatures.
- Multifunctional Use: Suitable for various cryogenic gases including nitrogen, oxygen, argon, $CO_2$ and liquefied natural gas ($LNG$).
- High Safety Standards: Equipped with multiple overpressure protection devices, safety valves and a robust enclosure for the pipework.
- Suitable for Intermodal Transport: Standard ISO frame dimensions ($20\text{ft}$ or $40\text{ft}$) with a valid CSC certificate and ADR/RID/IMDG approval.
- Long Hold Time: Optimised to minimise pressure build-up during prolonged international transport.
