The 40ft Heavy-Duty Roll Trailer is a versatile, high-performance transport solution designed for the efficient handling of large-scale cargo flows and heavy industrial loads. With a platform length of approximately 12.35 metres, this vehicle provides the capacity to transport a standard 1 x 40ft ISO container, two 20ft containers, or long out-of-gauge project cargo. Depending on the chosen configuration, the payload capacity ranges between 40 and 80 tonnes.

The frame is constructed from durable S355/Q345 rolled steel with reinforced main girders, guaranteeing high bending stiffness under heavy loads. The deck is finished as standard with robust hardwood or pressure-treated pine, but can optionally be equipped with a steel checker plate or an open skeletal frame for container handling. The oscillating running gear with solid rubber tyres distributes axle loads evenly across the road surface, ensuring a stable and safe ride on paved terminals, vessel decks, and industrial sites.
